1. Prices and services

Approximate prices for accommodation and any other services are published in the presentation materials of the landlord (web pages, leaflets etc).The customer, however, is bound only by a confirmed price stated in the accommodation voucher.The range of services and prices contracted is bound by the listing in the voucher. The landlord is entitled to change the agreed parameters of his services in circumstances beyond his control (such as 'act of God').

2. Cancellation by customer

The customer is entitled to cancel the reservation any time prior to arrival. The cancellation should be in electronic writing form (email with confirmation) to retro.penzion@seznam.cz. The time of cancellation is determined by the date and time the email was sent.
Cancellation fees:
  • until 14:00 one day prior to arrival - no fee
  • after 14:00 one day prior to arrival - price for first night
  • In the case of 'no show' - 100% of the price of the ordered services
The provider of accommodation ('the landlord') will not charge the cancellation fee in the following circumstances: family bereavement, hospitalisation of the customer or a family member, serious illness, military call up, disaster. For the previous reasons the customer has to provide proof within 3 days of the event

3. Validity

These terms and conditions are an integral part of the reservation and accommodation voucher.

GDPR

Dear guests !

Pension RETRO (ie the Data Administrator within the meaning of the GPDR Regulation) processes several personal data about each occupant. These data are stored in the accommodation book, protected against misuse by appropriate technical and organizational procedures within the operation of the boarding house. They are used exclusively for keeping a regular register of the guests accommodated and fulfillment of the notification duty under the Act. No 326/1999 and the Bookkeeping Registry on the basis of Act. No. 565/1990 Coll. local fees, and these are the following:
  • name and surname, title
  • birthdate
  • Full address of permanent residence - street, city, state
  • the identity card number or other identification document
  • the date of the specific stay and the purpose of the stay
  • the number and validity of the visa (if necessary for a stay in the Czech Republic)

The above data are kept by the Administrator for 6 years from the end of the last stay (in accordance with the law) and then erased irrevocably. Because of your legitimate interest in performing business activities, the Administrator can be asked for credit card and phone or e-mail information - in case of providing an accommodation guarantee or other more complex business case solution. In such a case, you will always be asked to explicitly agree to be provided by processing this information. Whenever you have the right to request a listing of content and status of stored data. For this purpose, please use the contact e-mail retro.penzion@seznam.cz. Then you will be asked to identify your person (either personally on presentation of a personal document) or (in writing by providing a certified copy of a personal document) and you will be given a written record or pdf - by agreement. The right to delete or restrict the processing can not be applied to legally required data about your person.

We would like to inform you that your data sent via our booking form is converted into an email format and is not stored on the web anywhere. After accommodation, they are no longer stored and deleted.
